Week 1 of our new training cycle. Focus: Muscular Endurance and SKILL under fatigue.

Mon - Public Holiday Super Sesh (930am Class Only) - Team session based on many short intense intervals.

Tues - Aerobic Development (engine building w1) - Squat endurance development with cal/rep test

Wed - Gymnastics Progression - Strength/Skill progression with gymnastics intervals.

Thurs - Weightlifting - Week 1, Squat, Snatch, Clean & Jerk cycle.

Fri - Push the tempo - Push/Pull gains.

Sat - Short Intervals - Timed efforts on posterior/anterior sprints.

Sun - Long AMRAP - Light weight aerobic work.
