CKFIT - MEMBERSHIP OPTION

We have developed a brand new membership to include our CK|30 & CK|45 classes along with Open Gym. These classes have been developed to include a variety of movements without the complexity of Olympic Weightlifting and Gymnastics. CK | 45

This 45 minute class option is great for those looking to develop better aerobic capacity and burn a tonne of calories in the process. We use simple movements to help you achieve your goals in our small group class setting. NOTE: this is not a CrossFit class.


CK | 30

This 30 minute class option is designed with High Intensity Strength and Interval training in mind and is currently available on our timetable a minimum of 4 times per week. These classes are all directed by a coach in a small group. NOTE: this is not a CrossFit class.
