Mon - Get Ups, Bench & Intervals - Skill practice under fatigue

Tues - Lower Body Conditioning - Booty and endurance  gains

Wed - Gymnastics - 20 min gymnastics development 

Thurs - Weightlifting Cycle (w2)- Week 2 progressions, building capacity.

Fri - Simple Intervals - Low Skill grunt work

Sat - Strength and Descending Ladder - TNG strength + team ladder

Sun - Negative Splits - Aerobic Endurance work featuring the Bench Press.
