REC TRAINING CONCEPTS

 
 

01 // Rec fit & 02 Rec STRONG

These high output fitness or strength biased sessions are the bread and butter of our overall fitness philosophy. Expect a specific warm up protocol for the initial 15-20 minutes followed by our key component of the day. These sessions are then reinforced with the appropriate workout or accessories to ensure you are well rounded.

03 // GYMNASTICS

Earn your stripes by mastering bodyweight movements through our use of progressions. Level up or scale down to suit your ability and ensure you are moving in the right direction. Our expert coaches take pride in the way our community moves and have your back when it comes to technique development.

 

04 // WEIGHTLIFTING & Rec Barbell Club

The barbell features in our programming 3-5 times per week at different levels of difficulty and weight. Athletes start on a piece of PVC or empty barbell and progress at their own weight whilst being coached through different positions and progressions to develop further as an athlete.
