Tues - Lower Body Dynamic Effort - Strength & Power development with some short lactic repeats.

Wed - Gymnastics Progression - Shoulder and Back volume.

Thurs - Weightlifting - Technique work on Snatch & Clean.

Fri - Energy System Development - Aerobic focus on posterior, midline and BMU under fatigue.

Sat - Bring a friend Satyay. - DT partner variation. Bring a friend to join you.

Sun - Mid Range - Bench and 6 Rounds of fitness.
