b. 10 minutes on technique

*Perform Snatch from Hip, Knee then Floor + OHS
c. 4 Rounds for time
8 box jumps AHAP
8 burpees
8 T2B
8 HSPU or 4 Wall Walks
d. Accessories
6 GHR's or Hip Extensions
12 Valslide hamstring curls
