a. Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes complete the below:

Back Squat x 8 @ 50-60% *Light and fast.

Strict Pull ups x 5 @ extra 2.5kg than last week.

b. 10 minutes on technique

3 position Snatch + OHS

*Perform Snatch from Hip, Knee then Floor + OHS

c. 4 Rounds for time

8 box jumps AHAP

8 burpees

8 T2B

8 HSPU or 4 Wall Walks

d. Accessories

6 GHR's or Hip Extensions

12 Valslide hamstring curls
