B. Skill

Handstand walking begginner drills-

Frisbee walks, wheelbarrows, shoulder taps,

partner handstand walks.


Handstand walking stairs advanced



C. WOD

3 rounds for time

20m handstand walk or 40 shoulder taps

30 x sit ups

40 x double unders or 80 singles

Then

30 burpees for time.



Core

10 x Strict t2b

10 x side plank lifts (each side)
